We benefit from having an easy to use, detailed CRM system in 360 advisor/office that allows us to store data on our clients and access reports / campaigns that enable us to be in regular communication with our clients. Furthermore, we receive live and up to date information across sourcing mortgage lenders and insurance providers in order to compose the most accurate option’s for our clients. We can utilise the ability to train and develop staff with the facilities offer by Nikki Gillatt and the team, from online webinars to face to face courses. Lastly, we now have the support of Kingfisher to aid our HR proposition, in order to offer further support in that field if we choose to need it.
